Accused hoodwinks police and escapes in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: One Saddam Khan who was apprehended on Sunday from Shantipur by Bharalamukh Police was presented for routine medical checkup before being presented before court at MMCH. The accused, however, managed to escape through a toilet window and is absconding at the moment.
