AGP opposes notification on Hindu Bengali migrants

JORHAT, September 16: The Asom Ga Parishad (AGP) Jorhat district unit staged a protest against the Ministry of Home Affairs notification regarding Hindu Bengali immigrants on Wednesday in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, Jorhat. About 200 activists shouted slogans against the NDA govornment. Later they submitted a memorandum to the Governor of Assam through the Deputy Commissioner, Jorhat.
