Aircel-Maxis & P Chidambaram

New Delhi: P Chidamabram, former Finance Minister appeared shortly prior to 11 am, before Enforce Directorate, for 2^nd round of interrogation regarding money laundering case of Aircel-Maxis. Ref: M/S GCHS Ltd granted with FIPB’s clearance to invest in Aircel, in 2006. He is to answer a new questionnaire diff. from Ist interrogation on 5^th June, which will be recorded under PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) like the previous time (which had lasted for 6 hrs).
