Ajmal's effigy burnt

Rangia, Dec 29: The alleged controversial and unparliamentary comments of AIUDF supremo and MP Maula Badruddin Ajmal against Prime Minister rendra Modi has invited sharp reactions in Rangia along with the rest of the State. BJP activists and the supporters organized a protest programme in Rangia against Ajmal on Tuesday. They burnt the effigy of Ajmal at Rangia Tiniali Chowk on Tuesday evening. They also shouted slogans against Ajmal. More than 50 workers including senior BJP leader Dr. Khanin Kalita, Nipon Bhuyan, Samir Das, Subal Paul, Bhabesh Kalita and Dinesh Kalita participated in the protest. They strongly condemned the alleged controversial comment made by AIUDF president Ajmal against PM rendra Modi. They also demanded immediate arrest of Ajmal.
