All Assam Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Field Assistants' Association Forms Committee

NAGAON: With 22 members from Nagaon, Morigaon and Hojai districts, a reception committee was recently formed for organizing the 27th general session of the All Assam Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Field Assistants' Association that will be held in Nagaon in January, 2019. In a press release issued by the newly-formed committee, it was stated that with District Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Officer Dr Atom Gohain as president, Dharma Kanta Saikia as executive president and Dibakar Das as the general secretary, the reception committee was formed. Local MLA Rupak Sarma is the chief patron of the committee and Deputy Commissioner Biswajit Pegu is the chief adviser.
