Another 'Padmavat' Star, Shahid Kapoor, to Get a Wax Statue in Madame Tussauds

After Deepika Padukone, Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor will be joining the crowd of World's biggest personalities at the Madame Tussauds with his wax statue.

Deepika recently went live on Facebook to announce about her wax statue at Madame Tussauds in London. Now, her Padmaavat co-star Shahid Kapoor has become the next Bollywood star to share this stage. Now, Shahid Kapoor's wax statue can be seen there.

However, it is unclear whether Shahid Kapoor's wax statue will be placed at the Madame Tussauds’s museum in Delhi or the one in London. As the announcement had come after an hour when his 'Padmaavat' co-star Deepika Padukone revealed that her first wax statue will be unveiled in London early next year, followed by another wax statue at the Madame Tussauds Delhi.

Shahid Kapoor announced the news on his Instagram account by posting the picture of holding an eyeball for a measurement and captioned it, “Keep an eye out. Coming soon".The Madame Tussauds museum in Delhi currently showcases the list of Bollywood celebrities that includes Indian personalities such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and others. We are eagerly waiting to see how Shahid Kapoor's wax statue will look like.

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will be next seen in his comedy-drama 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' which will hit the big screens on September 21 this year, which had been Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, the film also features Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam in pivotal roles. His work has brought him identity, and so Shahid Kapoor's wax statue will soon be seen in Madame Tussauds museum.
