Another Ton For Riyan Parag In Nuruddin Senior Inter District Cricket

GUWAHATI: Continuing his good form Riyan Parag, the opener of Guwahati, scored another ton in the quarter final tie of Nuruddin Senior Inter district Cricket against Golaghat at the Judges field today. It was the second ton for Riyan in the match.

In reply to Guwahati’s first innings total 366, Golaghat today bowled out paltry 79 runs in the first innings thanks to a fantastic spell from Avinav Chowdhury (8/18).

Guwahati opted to bat again without following on the opponent. Riyan took just 78 balls to score 114 runs and during the innings he hit 15 boundaries and six huge sixes. Erik Roy (55, 82B, 4x7, 6x1) also scored half century in the match. Guwahati declared their second innings 283-5 and Golaghat were 63-4 when the match came to an end.
