Anundoram Borooah Award, 2018 Presented in Nagaon

NAGAON: In a special function organized on Tuesday by Nagaon district education department at the district library auditorium, Union Minister of State for Railways, Rajen Gohain conferred the Anundoram Borooah Award, 2018 to 1,224 students of the district who successfully obtained 75 per cent and above in the HSLC final examination held in 2018. The minister in his speech stated that students were the future of the country and in today’s era, awards like the Anundoram Borooah Award would help students in many ways.
