APSC Cash-For-Job Scam: Accused Granted Bail

GUWAHATI: The Special Judge granted the bail plea of an accused in the cash-for-job scam in the APSC, Rakesh Gupta, on Tuesday. Gupta, who had been absconding, surrendered before the Special Court on April 11, 2019. The court granted the bail plea against two sureties amounting to Rs 1 lakh, besides other conditions.
