ASCPCR team to visit various districts

Doomdooma, June 14: A two-member team of Assam State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (ASCPCR) comprising Dr Pilu Hazarika, member and Rajiv Kumar Jha, Technical Consultant of the Commission, will visit Sivsagar, Jorhat, Tinsukia, Charaideo and Dibrugarh districts from June 18 to June 22 in connection with monitoring of child protection mechanism in the districts. This was stated in a letter addressed to the Deputy Commissioners of the districts by Apurba Das, Superintendent of ASCPCR, Guwahati. As per programme, the team will arrive in Tinsukia on June 20 and will visit Kendriya Vidyalaya, Doomdooma and other schools of the district on June 21. The Deputy Commissioner will monitor the programme during the stay of the team.
