Assam DGP Kuladhar Saikia Takes Stock of Security Measures

NAGAON: Director General of Police, Assam, Kuladhar Saikia on Tuesday morning rushed to Nagaon and took part in an urgent close-door meeting with the Superintendents of Police of the districts of Nagaon, Morigaon and Hojai at the Nagaon police guest house situated in the Nagaon police reserve colony.

According to sources, DGP Saikia took feedback of security measures from the three police heads for any possible occurrences in connection with the recent terror attack at Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir. The police chief also discussed about various issues connected with the ensuing general election.
