GUWAHATI, Sept 21: Dr Krishna Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Personnel and Administrative Reforms & Training Departments and Commissioner of Industries & Commerce, Assam is substantively posted as Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Personnel and Administrative Reforms & Training Departments with additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Urban Development Department.

Dr M Angamuthu, Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Urban Development, WPT & BC, Secretariat Administration and General Administration Departments and Commissioner, North Assam Division, Tezpur is relieved from the charge of Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Urban Development Department and is substantively posted as Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, WPT & BC, Secretariat Administration and General Administration Departments and Commissioner, North Assam Division, Tezpur.

Rakesh Agarwala, Additional Secretary to the Government of Assam, Home, Political and Finance Department is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Power (E) Department for posting him as Managing Director, Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd, a communiqué said.
