Assam in semis at 22nd Junior National Sepak Takraw championship

GUWAHATI: Assam entered into the semi-final in the girl's regu event of the 22nd Junior National Sepak Takraw championship held at the Tarun Ram Phukan Indoor Stadium here today. In the quarter-final, Assam defeated Karnataka 2-0.

In the semi-final, Assam will face Odisha while the other last-four tie would be held between Goa and Nagaland. Meanwhile, Bihar will play against Delhi in the final of boys regu event. In the semi-final, Bihar defeated Andhra Pradesh while Delhi came better against Mizoram.
