Auditions for Sunsilk Miss Northeast on May 25 in Shillong

SHILLONG, May 23: The auditions for the 14th edition of Sunsilk Mega Miss North East and the 7th edition of Fair & Lovely Men Mega Mister North East will be held on May 25 at Reliance Trends in Police Bazar here.
Mega Entertainment, Northeast's largest fashion and pageant event organizer, announced this here today.
Through these auditions, the pageant organizers will select 50 delegates from the eight northeastern states, who will vie for the coveted title of Sunsilk Mega Miss North East and Fair & Lovely Men Mega Mister North East.
Sunsilk Mega Miss North East and Fair & Lovely Men Mega Mister North East will see contestants from the eight north eastern states— Assam, Aruchal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, galand, Sikkim and Tripura.
During the competition the contestants will be judged in three categories: traditiol wear, evening gown presentation and persolity interview.
Jessica Marbaniang from Meghalaya, Sunsilk Mega Miss North East 2015, will crown the winner at the conclusion of the pageant.
In the Mega Mister North East, the contestants will be judged in four categories: traditiol wear, black Suit presentation, Reliance Trends collection and persolity interview. Babul Boro from Guwahati, Fair & Lovely Men Mega Mister North East 2015, will felicitate the winner at the conclusion of the pageant.
Abhijeet Singha, Founder Proprietor- Mega Entertainment saiod, "Sunsilk Mega Miss North East does not culmite with mere crowning of our winners. We also make it our mission to give them an intertiol platform from where their dreams can take flight. Our winner will get the opportunity to get featured in advertisement campaign of Sunsilk and to walk the Lakmé Fashion Week ramp for Reliance Trends in Mumbai."
Meanwhile, on the female beauty pageant he said, "Through Fair & Lovely Men Mega Mister North East, we look for a young and aspiring talent that is fit, intelligent and driven to be a role model - using his attributes to make a difference in the society. The man hunt will not culmite with mere felicitation of the winners. We also make it a mission to give them an intertiol platform from where their dreams can take flight."
The contest prize package includes, cash prize of Rs. 50,000, gifts from pageant sponsors, opportunity to become a showstopper during North East Fashion for male contestants and female contestant stands a chance to be the face of Sunsilk's print and outdoor campaigns beside other prizes.
