Awareness camp on NRC

Silchar, June 29: An awareness camp-cum-meeting on NRC was held at Binnakandi Block Community Hall under the guidance of Binnakandi Block Development Officer Kamali Sharma recently. The meeting was presided over by ADC J R Lalsim, in-charge SDO (Civil) Lakhipur. She said there is nothing to worry about NRC. “After the publication of the final draft list, applicants will get a month’s time for their claims and objections. Do not panic and fear. Do not lend your ears to rumours,” J R Lalsim said.
