Bailable?warrant?issued against Kejriwal

Diphu , April  11: The magistrate of  Karbi  Anglong has  issued  a bailable  warrant  of arrest   against  Delhi  Chief  Minister  Arvind  Kejriwal  after  he  failed  to appear  before  the court  in  connection  with  a defamation  case. In  December  2016, Kejriwal  had  questioned  the  academic  degree  of Prime  Minister rendra  Modi  saying  that  beyond  Class  XII, the  academic  degrees  of Modi  are  fake. Taking  a serious  note of  his  statements, Surya Rongphar, a BJP  leader  of  the district,  filed  this  defamation  case  in  Diphu  court. The  next  date  has been  fixed  on  May 8.
