BCPL dotes to CM Relief Fund

Dibrugarh, Aug 3: The employees of Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) and employees of GAIL currently posted here at BCPL, showing a gesture of solidarity with the people of Assam who have been affected by the unprecedented flood in recent times. They voluntarily contributed one day’s salary to the Chief Minister Relief Fund on Wednesday. Director (Fince) OP Tailor in presence of MLA Lahowal, Ritupar Baruah and Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Assam, Rabi Kapoor  handed over  a cheque  of Rs 10 lakh to Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal who was of all praise for such a noble endeavor  of employees of BCPL and GAIL. General Mager (O&M), Reep Hazarika, HOD, HR, Ashit Das, Company Secretary, Ruli Das Sen, Mager (HR), Jayanta Kumar Baruah of BCPL, amongst others were present at the cheque-doting function.
