BJP Sweeps Four ZPs And 19 Gaon Panchayat Seats In Borsola Constituency

DHEKIAJULI: The BJP for the first time in panchayat elections, swept the Borsola and Dhekiajuli constituency panchayat polls. BJP won all the four Zila parishads and 19 panchayat seats in Borsola constituency. The four ZP seats where the BJP candidates won are Bihaguri Zila Parishad (Atul Kumar Nath), Borgaon Zila Parishad (Ritumoni Devi), Gupteswar Zila Parishad (Namita Das) and Dumduma Zila Parishad (Damayanti Tanti). On the other hand, the 19 panchayat seats where BJP won are Bahbari, Bandarmari, Tumuki, No. 1 Bihaguri, no.2 Bihaguri, Puthimari, Borgaon, Pashim Borgaon, Pirakata, Gupteswar, Niz-Borsola, Barbhagia and Belsiri Gaon Panchayat. On the other hand, Congress won only the Natunpam GP out of 20 GPs.

The AGP did not open its account in Borsola constituency. Borsola BJP MLA Ganesh Limbu greeted all the winners of BJP in Borsola constituency.
