Bomdila School Organizes National Integration Tour

TEZPUR: A national integration tour consisting of ten girl students of Class-IX of the Government High School, Bomdila, along with two women teachers was flagged off on Monday by Colonel Firdosh P Dubash, of local Garrison Battalion, Bomdila. This is the first time that these girl students from Bomdila will get an opportunity to visit other parts of the country including Delhi, Dehradun and Lucknow. The tour is scheduled from August 20 to September 2 and apart from visiting places of religious and historical importance these students will also get a once in a lifetime opportunity to interact with the President of India Ram Nath Kovind, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and Home Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju. They would also be interacting with numerous other dignitaries. The 12 days tour is bound to broaden the vision and outlook of all the ten girls and would also help spread the message of development and integrity in Bomdila.
