Dhubri, March 16: Even after the recent appointment of zrul Islam as the Deputy Commisioner of Dhubri District, chaos can be seen as cattle smuggling is rampant in the district. Along with the district administration, the police, political parties, and several student unions, the district unit of the BJP has also been severely criticizing the situation. Prasenjit Dutta, district secretary of the BJP said that the agents behind the smuggling would be apprehended very soon. The BJP members would take steps for this, he said. Dutta also alleged that government officials were behind the cow smuggling.
