Case against sexual assault

GUWAHATI, April 25: A girl filed at case at Panbazar, Guwahati women police station on Tuesday against Paramananda Rai of Six Mile, VIP Road, Guwahati for allegedly assaulting her sexually.

Both Rai and the alleged victim girl are differently-abled. Rai is a teacher by profession. According to the allegation, he lured the girl with the promise of a job. Rai also has another FIR lodged against him at Dispur police station by a couple for assaulting them.
