Cash, Liquor Seized During The Poll Phase In The State

GUWAHATI: Altogether cash valued at Rs 12,84,40,041 were seized during the poll phase while the cash seized during Phase-III (up to April 21, 2019) was Rs 4,54,55,970. On the other hand, the total liquor seized in the State during the period was 1,73,306.58 litres valued at Rs 1,49,42,280. The total liquor seized during the run- up to phase-III (up to April 21, 2019) was 36,62,620 litres valued at Rs 23, 41, 413.
