Cattle smugglers bbed at Beltoli

SHILLONG, Dec 31: The Border security forces bbed seven cattle smugglers on Wednesday at Beltoli, East Khasi Hills district of Meghalaya along Indo-Bhutan border. Acting on specific inputs, the BSF troops apprehended the cattle smugglers with 33 cattle loaded in two trucks. The apprehended smugglers hail from Meghalya and Assam. They are identified as  Lawas Wonkine,  Ngait Sutnga,  Abulu Hussain Muriya Shahidul Islam, Nukesh Lyngdoh Emryngkot Mi Kamar (29). BSF sources said that the smugglers confessed these cattle were brought in two trucks for smuggling out from India to Bangladesh.
