Central observers inspect polling stations under Tezpur LAC

Tezpur: Police Observer B. Malla Reddy, and General Observer Dr. Saroj Kumar, for 9-Tezpur HPC on Saturday paid a visit to Tezpur College and Darrang College while the group training of polling personnel was underway and interacted with the polling personnel present.

During the interaction, the central observers briefed them about postal ballot procedure and asked the personnel present to fill up Form 12 and submit the filled in forms latest by April 7.

Facilitation centres for submitting postal ballot applications have been opened at Darrang College, Tezpur College, and DC office premises for all officials who will be engaged in polling day duties on April 11.
