Charge sheet submitted Staff Reporter

Guwahati, April 19:  Dibrugarh Police on Thursday submitted charge sheet against Vikash Kumar Pincha and Manash Pratim Haloi at the court of the Special Judge in Guwahati. The duo were arrested on February 20 in connection with the cash-for-job APSC scam.
