CID raid at residence of Ruhit Bharali’s relative

GAON (HAIBORGAON), Feb 28: CID sleuths from Guwahati on Tuesday raided the residence of Mohim Bora in Hojai tun Bazar area and seized various official documents of the Agriculture Department, including MB, DPR, Kishan Credit Cards and insurance policies from his residence. Interestingly, Mohim Bora is the brother-in-law of apprehended JE  Ruhit Bharali of the Agriculture Department.

 Bharali was bbed just a couple of days ago along with four other officials for alleged irregularities and anomalies in various agricultural schemes during the tenure of the Congress government. Except Bharali, the other apprehended officials were sent to judicial custody by the court and Bharali was sent to CID custody for three days. During the raid by CID, the sleuths brought Ruhit Bharali along with them.
