CITU's convention at Bongaigaon today

Bongaigaon, Nov 13: The Joint District convention of CITU, Bongaigaon and Chirang district committees will be held in Bongaigaon with two-day long program from November 14. The convention will held at Vakarivita ground here. Talking to reporters Hareswar Das, president of CITU, Bongaigaon district committee said that central Government is still adopting anti-workers policy.

“All the economic policies of Modi Government have been adopted at the interest of corporate. To protest against this anti-common people policy of Modi Government, we will launch massive agitation and it will be discussed in this convention,” he said. He also mentioned that on November 15 at 2 pm, an open meeting will held where Jiaul Alam, working committee member of CITU, Amit Dutta, state president of CITU and Tapan Sarma, State Secretary of CITU will present.
