Only after the draft was published and after the verification of those issues only, the final NRC draft would be published. He further added if anybody’s name was not found in the draft he would get a chance to re-apply for publishing his name but only through fair means where re -verification would take place again and if the name of any suspicious person was seen in the draft, objection too could be raised.

The DC said that nobody should get provoked by any type of rumours through social media or hate speeches practised by some miscreants who always tried to disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of the society through provocative messages. The SDO (civil) said, “We all want the NRC process to continue in a peaceful manner and claims and objections might be there which can be solved officially. We urge the public to co-operate with the administration.”
