SHILLONG, Nov 18: A women identified as Mommy Sohtun, resident of Mawlai Mawroh, Shillong, has filed an FIR at Mawlai Police Station alleging Joel Momin, Sub Post Master of Mawlai Phudmudri Branch, of wrongly consuming the money deposited by her in the post office since 2011.
