SHILLONG, March 21: The District Level Committee on Ground Water Resources under South West Khasi Hills District with an aim to study the ground water development and its scientific magement in South West Khasi Hills District, directs all individuals, private and public institutions in South West Khasi Hills District owning private bore wells, tube wells to compulsory register themselves with all relevant documents.
