Confederation of Ri Bhoi People elects office bearers

SHILLONG, Jan 5: The Confederation of Ri Bhoi People (CoRP), Eastern Zone, has elected its new office bearers in the meeting held on December 30, 2016 at Bhoirymbong. General Secretary Friday Jalong administered oath to the new members in the presence of the Fince Secretary, GS Hat beside other members of the CoRP, Eastern Zone Central Body. The new members include President, Garland Kharsyntiew, Vice President B Jalong, Secretary, B Nongbri, Assistant secretary,  S Nongsiej, Fince secretary, P Poraho, organizing secretary, W Thangkhiew, sports secretary,  P Jalong and Adviser , S Pdahkasiej including 15 executive members. In his speech, Jalong urged the new members to work towards the growth and development of the people in the whole of Ri-Bhoi district.
