Itagar, Feb 3: The Directorate of Higher and Technical Education is all set to organize its 18th Conference at the Golden Jubilee Banquet hall here from February 6 to 7. The conference-cum-felicitation will witness various officers, policy makers, administrators and academicians deliberate on and showcase their achievements, shortcomings and future plans in relation to the State's education sector, a press release from the directorate said.
