Congress candidate Anil Borgohain urges people to boycott BJP in an election campaign meet

LAKHIMPUR: Congress nominated MP candidate for Lakhimpur HPC, Anil Borgohain addressed an election campaign meet on Monday in Lakhimpur Rajiv Bhavan. The party activists and supporters under the Lakhimpur Block Congress and Town Block Congress were present in the meet in which Anil Borgohain urged the people of the State to boycott Bharatiya Janata Party in the election while coming down heavily against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal. Lakhimpur District Congress Committee(LDCC) president Dr. Joy Prakash Das also became vocal against the BJP and called upon the voters to ensure Anil Borgohain’s victory in the ensuing general election. LDCC vice-president Opel Hazarika and general secretary Dhan Mahammad also addressed the campaign meet.
