Cotton College signs MoU with NISTAD

GUWAHATI, June 18: The Inter-discipliry Climate Research Centre (ICRC) of Cotton College, Guwahati has reached a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the tiol Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (NISTAD) at a meeting in the city today.

NISTAD Director Dr. Prashanta Goswami said that the MoU would go a long way in the field of education and research. Cotton College Principal Dr. Nirada Devi, while welcoming the MoU, said: “Involving an education institution with such a programme is noteworthy. NISTAD and ICRC will certainly make strides in the field of education and research.” Cotton College State University VC Dr. Dhrubajyoti Saikia and Cotton College’s Head of Department for Physics Dr. Santanu Kumar Baishya were also present at the signing of the MoU.
