CS demands repair of dilapidated portion of Dhodor Ali

mrup, Aug 24: The mrup Anchalik Chatra Santha (CS) submitted a memorandum on Thursday to the Chief Executive Engineer, PWD, Dibrugarh through the Circle Officer, harkatia regarding the dilapidated condition of the portion of Dhodar Ali connecting mrup and Dillighat. This portion of the historical Dhodar Ali is deteriorating day-by-day due to lack of maintence, thus causing inconvenience to people. Despite repeated pleas, allegedly no action hitherto been taken by the authorities concerned. The CS through this memorandum asked the authority to clear its stand in this regard within seven days or CS would take up democratic agitation programme.
