Cyclothon in memory of Abhijit, Nilotpal

GUWAHATI, July 7: In memory of Abhijit Nath and Nilotpal Das, the ‘Everything Outdoor Northeast’ is going to organize a Cyclothon on July 8 across eight locations – Guwahati, Chandubi, Shillong, Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Benglore and Pune. The event will also be organized in Russia by certain likeminded people on the same day.

The Cyclothon Guwahati edition, which is scheduled to be kicked off from Dighalipukhuripar, will be the opening rally for the event and it will be flagged off by late Nilotpal’s father. Notably, the lynching of Nilotpal and Abhijit will complete a full month on July 8. The proposed Cyclothon will act as a platform to vent out the grief in a peaceful and creative manner in the form of music, art, poetry, street plays and other mediums.
