Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY) beneficiaries from Tawang interacts with PM Modi

Itanagar, July 20: Twenty beneficiaries under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY) from Tawang district interacted with Prime Minister Narendra Modi through video conference on Thursday.

During the live interaction, Dream, a beneficiary from labour camp, apprised the PM of how electrification provided under the scheme has brought changes in their lives by giving them the scope for a comprehensive development. The target for electrification of 11 villages in Tawang district under the DDUGJY was reached in December last year, an official release informed here today.
