Development & good governce our top priority: Sonowal

DIPHU, Feb, 19: Union Minister of State for Sports and Youth Affairs and State BJP president Sarbanda Sonowal today said that the BJP is committed to bring development and to give good governce and security to  its people and to make every family economically sound.

Addressing a mammoth party worker’s rally at Diphu in Karbi Anglong today he said that unity and brotherhood will make us stronger and developed which will make Assam one of the best states in the country.

Karbi Anglong has rich tural resources and it cannot be remained underdeveloped but the neck deep corruption in the KAAC has made only the leaders rich, Sonowal further added.

Launching a scathing attack on Congress and AIUDF Sonowal said that the Congress and AIUDF have already prepared a blueprint to finish our state hence people should be united to defeat these forces.

He also appealed to the people to remain united to make Assam free from Congress and to support the BJP and assured that in the next election the BJP will come to power in state as well as in KAAC

Himanta Biswa Sarma speaking on the occasion said that when the Congress took charged 15 years back there were only 9 lakh unemployed which has increased up to 23 lakh.

Sarma further said that, if BJP comes to power it will do the required things for more autonomy power to KAAC.

He also said that, during BJP governce it will bring change and radical development will take place in the state.
