DTO Tezpur employee Hosny Muddasar brutally stabbed to death

Tezpur: Sensation prevailed in Tezpur following the alleged brutal killing of a youth, Hosny Muddasar (29) who was an employee of DTO Tezpur. He was an inhabitant of Barikachuburi under Tezpur Sadar Police station in Sonitpur district.

According to information, Hosny was stabbed to death on March 18 at around 10pm in the Kolibari area by some unidentified miscreants while he was on the way home with his friend Amit Mandal. The deceased was travelling in his Swift Dzire car bearing registration number AS - 12T - 7333. Police arrested Amit Mandal sensing his indirect involvement in the incident. He was sent to judicial custody on Wednesday. While talking to this correspondent, the family members of the deceased appealed that the culprits should be arrested and punished.
