Duo Exposed to Operating Sex Racket in The City

GUWAHATI: A husband and wife duo has been exposed to operating a sex racket in the city. Abul Azad alias Bhokua, 35, would demonstrate photographs of women for flesh trade, as his wife, Manju Ara Begum would negotiate over prices with clients. The couple is resident of Amiyo Nagar, Chandmari and has been arrested by Chandmari Police on Wednesday. Two of the girls and a woman, whose pictures were used as a click-bait, filed a case under 1150/18u/s3/4/5 of ITP Act for using their images for luring clients. Two customers have also been detained for further enquiry into the matter.
