SHILLONG: The Election Commission of India has prohibited exit poll and publishing by means of the print and electronic media or dissemination in any other manner from 7 am to 5.30 pm on August 23, 2018 when 51-South Tura (ST) Assembly Constituency and 35-Ranikor (ST) Assembly Constituency will go to by-polls.
