Engineers seek 50:50 promotional & recruitment ratio

ITANAGAR, July 14: The All Arunachal Pradesh Unemployed Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and Computer Engineer's Association (AAPUEEMCEA) in a letter submitted to chief secretary Satya Gopal demanded to conduct the recruitment of 14 posts of assistant electrical inspector under department of power as per the recruitment rule by maintaining 50:50 ratio of promotional slots and recruitment slot.

Alleging department of hydropower has not formulated RR in the recruitment process of electromechanical (E&M) till date, AAPUEEMCEA also demanded the immediate formulation of RR in the recruitment of E&M.

Informing, department of power under enlistment rules 2015 vide notification No. PWRS/E-2626/2014 dated July 21, 2015 have adopted Standard Operating Procedure but despite having the same department is not enlisted contractor's registration, Association demand to enlist the unemployed graduate engineers for the contractor registration. Stating that as per the documents procured within the department of power have 12 JE post lying vacant. The Association appealed CS to intervene into the matters so that it can be advertise at the earliest.
