Fairyland School share title trophy with Ganesh gar High School

GUWAHATI, April 13: Fairyland School and Ganesh gar High School declared joint winner in the bin Chandra Tamuly Inter School Cricket tourment after the fil game, held at the Nehru stadium, ended as a tie. Chasing 212 runs to win Ganesh gar High School all out 211 in 34. 5 overs. Bishnu Paswan (74 no) of Ganesh gar High School and Atul Kumar Singh (62) from Fairyland School scored half century in the game. Bishnu later adjudged man of the fil award. Atul Kr. Singh (Fairyland High School) and Dhritiman Deka (Gurukul Grammar Sr. Secondary School) received best batsman and best bowler award of the meet. On the other hand 10 players from different schools also received most promising players of the tourment.
