Free textbooks distributed at Hojai

HOJAI, Jan 3: At a function held at the Hojai Deshabandu Vidyapith Higher Secondary School Swarjyanti Bhavan on Saturday, textbooks published by Assam State Textbook Production and Publication Corporation Limited under Sarva Siksha Abhiyan were distributed for the year 2016 among the schools of Jugijan block elementary education office.

The distribution of free textbooks was iugurated by Dr Ardhendu Kumar Dey, MLA, Hojai. In his speech, the MLA said that he was determined and committed to develop the educatiol environment of Hojai.

Nor Ahmed, ZPC of Islamgar, Bijay Chakraborty, Dipak Ghosh, and other leader were present at the function.
