Gang of Cylinder thieves arrested by Police at Geetanagar

GUWAHATI, July 22: Police from Geetanagar police station arrested two persons from Bhaskarnagar and also recovered a stolen cylinder from their possession. Earlier an LPG cylinder was stolen from the residence of Sabita Mazumdar of Santi Path under Geetanagar PS. The arrested persons are Jariful Ali and Ajay Das alias Ashis. While Jariful hails from Dhubri and stays as a tenant here, Ajay is from Bhaskarnagar itself. Meanwhile, a case (No 266/18 us 454/380) has been registered at Geetanagar PS.
