Golaghat Centre of Indian Trade Unions holds district convention and discusses agricultural sector issues

SARUPATHAR: The Golaghat district Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) conducted its district convention at Sarupathar, Rajuhuwa Bhavan in Dhansiri subdivision on Sunday. The convention discussed issues pertaining to the agricultural sector and the problems faced by farmers of the State. Badan Borbhuya, the all Assam president of Nirman Sramik Union under CITU, Prakash Hazarika, the district secretary of CITU Golaghat district, Jitan Rava, the district president of Nirman Sramik Union, Golaghat district, and other dignitaries attended the convention and participated in a public meeting. Later, the delegates’ convention was also held at Rajuhuwa Bhavan in Sarupathar.
