Guwahati ODI: Dhoni and Caribbean team to arrive today

GUWAHATI: Most of the cricketers of Indian team, selected for the ODI series against West Indies, will arrive in the city a day later their original schedule.

As per the earlier schedule India and West Indies were supposed to arrive tomorrow. West Indies will fly to Guwahati as per the schedule along with a few cricketers of Indian Cricket team which included MS Dhoni. The other cricketers will take different flights to travel Guwahati from different cities.

A source from the Assam Cricket Association today said that after the second Test, which was completed within three days, Indian cricketers left their home to spend a few days with their family members. Most of the players will now reach to Guwahati on Thursday instead of Wednesday. However MS Dhoni will arrive tomorrow by the charter flight along with West Indies cricketers.

Meanwhile the free tickets for the former first class cricketers along with current Ranji Trophy and U-23 players will be distributed on October 18-19 at the ACA office, Nehru Stadium.
