Hazarika’s book released

GUWAHATI, May 28: ‘Strangers No More - New Narratives from India’s Northeast’, a book by eminent writer Sanjoy Hazarika was formally launched by the Northeast Writers’ Forum (NEWF) on May 27 at the Racquets and Billiards Sports complex, Guwahati. Conducted by D Com Bhuyan, the ceremony was followed by an interactive session. Besides the author himself, dignitaries like Dhruba Hazarika and Swapnil Bharali also attended the occasion. Dr Srutimala Duara also delivered a brief account of the Forum’s activities.
