Hill State Demand Committee celebrate 33rd Autonomous State Demand Day

Diphu: The Hill State Demand Committee (HSDC) celebrated 33rd Autonomous State Demand Day held at Diphu club on Friday.

Pursuing its objectives the Hill State Demand Committee submitted a memorandum addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi urging to hold a tripartite talk for creation of a hill state comprising of Karbi Anglong, West Karbi Anglong, and Dima Hasao district.

The memorandum was submitted through Deputy commissioner of Karbi Anglong joining Karbi Student Association(KSA), Karbi Nimso Chongthur Asong (KNCA) along with various social organization joined on Friday. Former MP Jayanta Rongpi and KSA president Semion Rongphar along with HSDC party workers joined in hand.
