Hrishikesh, Rahul hit tons in FCISC's big win

GUWAHATI, April 19: Rode on two centuries from Hrishikesh Tamuly and Rahul Hazarika, FCI Sports club (FCISC) registered thumping 137 runs victory against Chandmari Sports club in the Bhupen Chandra Mahanta Memorial GSA 'A' Division Cricket League held at the Nehru stadium here today. Chasing 259 runs to win Chandmari Sports club were bowled out 121 in 28.1 overs.

Invited to bat, FCISC piled up huge 258 runs in their 35 overs without losing a single wicket. Hrishikesh Tamuly played unbeaten knock of 131 runs from 106 balls with the help of 6 boundaries and four sixes. Rahul remained not out on 105 runs. He took exactly same number of balls to score those runs and there were seven hit to the fence.

Chandmari Sports club never looked comfortable against the bowling of FCISC and the entire team bundled out 121 in 28.1 overs. Romario Sarma, Hrishikesh Tamuly and Sanzow Brahma picked up two wickets each.
